A key part of our company looking to improve and maintain a high service level is having the right people working within our organisation. Elmwood have been around for some 44 years and much of our success has been down to having a skilled and dedicated workforce.

Our Apprenticeship Training Programme is crucial in the continuing development of our people. The input we provide in training our employees, often just out of school, is rewarded with creating knowledgeable and skilled members of our team, who can help deliver the quality of workmanship that our clients have come to expect.

Recently, our apprentice Victoria Black was asked to be on the news for STV Glasgow to discuss her experience of being an apprentice and how she finds working at Elmwood Projects.

We currently have 9 apprentices working for us, who will be trained to become fully fledged joiners. We take on 3 apprentices every year and look to continue our recruitment for this dedicated skillset from grassroots level.
