Whilst there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding the coming weeks and months, we are determined to stay open - business as usual in order to ensure that our projects and our wider business in general remains in normal operation. We are fully committed to continuing to working with and supporting our clients and our team during this unprecedented and difficult time.
This situation is obviously evolving everyday and along with companies in our industry and others we continue to monitor and implement the current government guidelines.
We prioritise the safety of our people; we have made arrangements for some office based staff to work from home when appropriate, utilising our centralised technology and teleconferencing. All non-critical business travel has been lessened where necessary, with a greater emphasis on conference calling with clients to in order to minimise risk.
We are also ensuring separation of our on-site installation teams to minimise any potential risk. Our sites are being continually monitored and we are constantly updating all of our teams with the relevant and necessary government advice and information.
We will continue to work with our subcontactors and supply chain to ensure that the appropriate guidelines are being followed in order to mitigate any risk in relation to labour and material supply.
The situation surrounding COVID-19 and the necessary measures and precautions set by the government are changing and evolving daily. We wanted to give you an update on our approach and priorities, which are to protect the health and well-being of our staff, our clients and our communities. We have been monitoring the developing situation closely and sought guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO), our government, the NHS and local health protection teams.
